LOCAL AUTHORITY CONSULTING

We offer in-house Local Authority consulting, either as a one off service or by providing regular or fixed-term contracts. This is provided by Rebecca who works at Principal Planning Officer level. Rebecca specialises in planning policy, specifically Local Plan development including project management of evidence base (e.g. Employment Land Reviews, Ecology studies, and Gypsy and traveller DPDs etc), and co-ordinating City / District / Borough wide Local Plan consultations. .

NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING

Advice is offered as a one off service, or from start to finish during the plan development. 

Neighbourhood Plans identify locally important issues and once complete, they become part of the Development Plan and the policies contained within them are then used in the determination of planning applications. Policies produced cannot prevent development that is already part of the Local Plan. What they can do is shape where that development will go and what it will look like.

PLANNING REPRESENTATION

We will provide formal planning representations including letters of objection or letters of support to planning applications, local plan consultations or enforcement cases.

It is important to 'have your say'. These representations can be provided on behalf of a person, a family, a group or organisation and will reflect your views.

PLANNING ADVICE

We can provide you with general planning advice, or address any town planning related queries.
