ABOUT US
Advanced Planning Ltd was started by Rebecca Raine in 2015, whom has almost 13 years experience predominantly within Local Authorities ensuring that the advice and service you receive reflects the knowledge and skills learnt throughout this time.
OUR STORY
Rebecca’s office is based in North Yorkshire but frequently works in other parts of Yorkshire and the Midlands.
Rebecca has been a chartered Town Planner since 2008 and her skills can be used anywhere in the UK.
Rebecca also has a BA in Society and Cities and an MSc in Urban and Regional Planning.
We have worked with various councils and agencies including:

East Sussex County Council
Mansfield District Council
Selby District Council
SEPA (Scottish Environment Protection Agency)
East Staffordshire Borough Council
Before starting the consultancy, Rebecca worked for multiple Local Authorities and a Government Agency, working her way up to a Principal level.
Rebecca is known for an honest approach to planning, and has built up a strong, positive and proactive reputation over the years.
What do Town Planners do?
Rebecca is a Full Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
Planning covers a very broad area, so the work is varied. Depending on the job role, it may include:
Designing new towns or villages
Improving communities and the environment
Writing and explaining regulations and rules
Protecting buildings that are of historical and architectural importance
Ensuring that suitable land becomes available for development and supporting business and jobs
FEES
All fees are agreed prior to commission and adhered to throughout.
Advanced Planning offers an initial free consultation (up to 1 hour) to establish the services you require. Thereafter, we work on a fixed fee (hourly / daily) basis to provide you with a cost effective service.
Rebecca Raine has personal indemnity insurance as required by law.
As a chartered Town Planner, the work of Advanced Planning will adhere to the regulations and guidelines of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
